Achievement:
Thanks to the passionate volunteers and generous donors in BC (including public health; PHSA, VCH, VGH, FH, LGH and private healthcare providers). Since 2012, we have prepared and sent 19 Aid containers of medical supplies and hospital equipment valued near $4.2 million to support Healthcare in developing countries.



Vancouver Aid has prepared and sent the followings: 19 Aid 40-foot containers of medical supplies valued near $4.2 million to support hospitals in developing countries and disaster zones.





146 medical suitcases sent to 16 countries; Gaza (Palestine), Afghanistan, Syria,Costa Rica, Ukraine, Turkey, Cuba, Libya, Egypt, St. Vincent, Dominican Republic and refugee camps in Myanmar, Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, Bangladesh and Rohingya.



As a result, here are environmental impact in BC:
- Reduced 382 metric tons of disposable products /waste.
- Reused over 5861 cardboard boxes enough to fill two truck loads.
